Across Hedderwick sands I picked up a few spent .303 casings again...

And here is why I would not walk/run bare foot on the beach... Dad always told visitors to the beaches to best where light shoes when he was a Ranger, here is why...

We met up with P and A who were out on their bikes and their holiday up in the Shire will be over soon. been good to catch up again with them over the last couple of weeks...
