We went for a cycle midweek to Glentress, on the fatbikes for a giggle and to see the new trails recently built, which we had a go on after a ride around the blue route...
It was a damp day and the rails were muddy in places, as expected after such a damp winter but we still had a good laugh!

Another good job done this winter was replace a Steering Knuckle which had stripped threads, Always quite hard to film while fixing things and not get a camera lens covered in grease or oil! but managed to cobble something together which should be of use to someone having a similar problem...

I was diagnosed with Relapsing remitting Multiple Sclerosis in August 2018, it`s early days but i plan to continue to live my life as i have and show that having a medical condition like MS does not mean you need to stop enjoying your life,
