Back on the Beat...
With Forth Fat done and dusted and sobered up from a fun weekend it was back out on patrol midweek locally. Been a change in the weather in the last few days and we have been busy at work as the grass has finally began to start growing...
Strimming season has arrived!...
Home and the evenings are slowly starting to get longer...
Big skies under the wee county of East Lothian...
The longsummer evenings are on the way, home from work, quick bite to eat then out at 5pm for an hour today, be a lot longer soon...
Back to ground zero...
Still not too old to climb trees like this old oak...
The KramPug is a great bike and ideal for a short xc ride like this evening...
22,32,36t, a middle 36t ring on the outside makes a great 3x9 gear ratio...
Fast enough to reel in this roadie up hill from Markle, he was often riding on the wrong side of the road!,
not surprised at that!, i said hi as i passed and then peeled off leaving him to it...
"Hey, What is this?" "It is one of those Surly freak machines" "They will never catch on..."
Mooo! :)
Keep on Truckin...
"Your amongst the little people now..."
Not a Hobbit gate into another word, but a sheep gate...
Does lead to a real cool spot though...
Time to roll out...
Great getting out for a short cycle after work after looking around at the great views today under the clear skies...
Another sign of spring...
Home via my local woods...
Love riding the is bike in its 29+ guise, these wheels are now available off the shelf for the Pugsley by Surly...
And that`s a wrap...
More soon...
