Midweek Cycle; Sunset cycle at Gullane Point...

4 weeks to the shortest day, It will soon only be a half hour or so of daylight left after work mid week to get some cycling with pictures and film for the blog. If i cycle into work once a week when the forecast is clear high pressure weather then i will get an hour till dark so probably start doing that next week.
By Christmas the nights will slowly start to draw out again, this is the hardest time of year to do midweek blog posts with pictures,

Today i drove straight to Gullane and within 15 minutes i was down on the coast and cycled along to Gullane Point. looking like there would be a last burst of sun before the sun disappeared in cloud over Edinburgh City i cycled along the foot of the dunes where the sand was still frozen solid from the previous nights low for November -5 Celsius  temperature...

Go Pro pics...

No one around as usual out here at this time of day with only the foot prints of day visitors below the high tide line,  so took the opportunity to do some point and shoot filming...

Zero footprint today on the frozen sand...

Last burst of sunlight over the Pentland hills...

I like cycling out here after work, you unwind from the day and find your own mojo and relax with little wind there was just the sound of the waves, Geese in Aberlady Bay, and Oyster catchers along the tide line...

Just enough light to make a wee film, it`s another film here on this beach, the third in a month but it`s something,  Song is `I Know You Are But What Am I` by Mogwai
