Were out on Hedderwick Bay and crossed Paths with D`s dad out rummaging for WW2 artefacts, he found a 20mm Hispano Cannon Shell...
Moonlander wheels twice the width of his regular mountain bike!, he needs to get one!...
G and I left him to it keeping with social distancing rules and we went off to revisit the Pill box in the dunes near Belhaven Bay point near the Matilda tank remains and get the co ordinates as someone was looking for it, easiest way to find it is from the Matilda tank walk up into the dunes and follow the path roughly North East direction...
Back on the sands and stopping picked up more WW2 .303 spent cartridges - must have been thousands of these fired across coastal ranges like here during WW2 by aircraft...
The sand out at the Estuary point is changing daily with the winter tides... not get over here cycling easily unless on the widest tyres/rims as we were on today...

I was diagnosed with Relapsing remitting Multiple Sclerosis in August 2018, it`s early days but i plan to continue to live my life as i have and show that having a medical condition like MS does not mean you need to stop enjoying your life,
