Willys Jeep; drive up the local hills for a picnic...

 

Last Sunday we drove up the local Lammermuir Hills with G`s son Dan and girlfriend Emma and parking up had a picnic, The Jeep is insured for Dan to drive and he was keen to have a go again, having driven a lot of vehicles being a Corporal in the Army this would be a bit different for him, he did comment on the lack of brakes! - to be fair they did need, and have since been adjusted and stop a bit better now...

Back home we fired up the wood burner fire box and bbq and sat out in the warmth until dark...
