Revist around the former RAF Drem Airfield

I have  wanted to remake film about the former RAF Drem here in the heart of East Lothian and on Easter Monday I took the opportunity to ride around a very quiet Perimeter track which is usually quite busy with horses that are stabled around the former airfield and with some audio from the BBC series Spitfire ace have re made the film...

Enjoy, and leave a like or comment  if you enjoyed it...

Pease Bay and the worlds tallest Bridge!... in 1786!

Pease Bay and Dean, above the well known bay favoured by surfers, has a bridge quite famous, as it was the tallest bridge in the world at 130ft when constructed in 1786, and its still used today to get traffic across the deep ravine,  after a wee look parked up on the Royal Enfield Classic 350 I spun ip the road to revisit another old ruin across a lovely old packhorse bridge...

WW2 air raid shelter...

The film tells the whole story...

East Lothian Coastal Car Parks; Do/should Motorbikes pay for parking?

I could not see anywhere on the Coastal car park meters or online on the East Lothian Council website if motorcycles park for free?, as motorbikes park free 99% everywhere else in Scotland, so I emailed the Council and within a week got a reply!,

Watch the film for the reply and my thoughts and reasons behind them...
