Had Jake dog over on Saturday night so we went to John Muir Park early for an 8am 1 meter low tide..
Jake was hyper as always and full of beans he never stopped running!....
Out to the Tyne Estuary and as always out here the sand is always being moved about and big sand Moguls are sometimes to soft to cycle over but today they were firm enough...
Though i should have been more wary nearer the water where it is often soft...
And i should have checked this before riding down...
Twice over the handlebars in a weekend!, Some you win some you lose...
Sure Jake was laughing at me!...
