Motorcycle Scramble...

Sunday i swapped the 4" fat wheels for the 29+ wheels to ride around the local woods.  Running tubes in the fat wheels it was a wise move as the hedges have been cut last week and the roadsides are littered with hawthorns. Not  a worry for the 29+ wheels set up Ghetto tubeless!...

It was a quick lap of the woods as i was drawn to the roar of loud four stroke and 2 stroke classic motorcycles, there was a Scramble on near Whitekirk and it was great watching classic British Four strokes, and two strokes, mixing it with rip snorting European and Japanese 2 strokes.  Friend Richard was there riding his Spanish Bultaco and having a good time. The video footage i shot does not do the speed of the riders justice,  these are fast old bikes and they were getting ridden hard,  great to see!...

You see in the background?, the sun always shines on Whitekirk Hill :)

I shot some film on the compact camera, it captured the noise quite well!, so here it is onYouTube with no music...

Both films do not capture the lovely smell of Castrol R engine oil or of 2 strokes that was in the air!...

The film on Vimeo, better quality as usual,
