If the suns out then be rude to not go riding after work, so i popped down to North Berwick to ride west to Marine Villa for an hour or so and did a wee bit filming as after a no doubt busy day on the coast with visitors judging by the amount of footprints the beaches were near empty now...

Did some filming here at Marine Villa rocks, you can do a nice little loop here on the rocks...
Back into town and a strong easterly headwind and soft sand made for a hard cycle so i took to the grassy single track some of the way...
