A cold night and a frost came in with the dawn and there was a real nip in the air as i arrived at Tyninghame to park up, i had Jake dog with me to give a good run and i rode a loop around Tyninghame woods on the south side. Still not many leaves out in the woods at the coast with the recent onshore cold winds holding things back...
