A week of mixed weather, and high tides, Tyninghame cycle later afternoon after early finish at work is something i love as you get out and about when the coast when most day visitors have gone and it is still to early for the 9-5 workers arriving to walk their dogs...
Today was a 5.3 meter high tide and it was well in when i got down to Tyninghame...

Around the engulfed Salt marsh, it was then along the secret trail to St Baldreds Cradle point, then along Peffersands just after the tide was on the turn...
Only one guy swimming further up on the beach and that was it!, people free coast is something i love- not really fussed about coastal cycling at the weekend when busy with folk, let the enjoy their day at the coast....
