Back out cycling and up to the local hills and a xc loop from The Hopes Reservoir...
The hills are nice now the Heather is changing colour...
Though the roads are still as steep!, and this climb had me wheezing having caught a horrid cold last week...
Up and onto the top and joining the track that leads south over the eastern edge of Lammer Law, the second highest point in East Lothian...
Great views despite being cloudy of the County, or as i prefer to call it `The Shire` after it`s old name of Haddingtonshire....
