November Clear Blue Big Sky Day! - a perfect day for a cycle through local history...

Pic by Sanny

More DIY in the house on Saturday helping the plumber finish off more of the new Stove fitting-waiting on the right water tank coming tomorrow, so free to cycle today!, Sanny phoned wanting a day with a bit of Urbex (Urban Exploration) thrown in so we headed out on a loop early and took in  East Fortune Hospital, the former RAF Drem airfield, Luffness and Gosford estates, WW2 `Coastal crust` Anti landing defences at Gosford Bay and road the John Muir Way to Gullane and Salcoats Castle, before returning back to coastkid HQ for coffee via the Vulcan Bomber at East Fortune.
The sky was clear by 10am and it was a big blue sky across the county all day-amazing autumn light and colours, and a sunset too!, a perfect days cycling...
