M was busy so after a morning walk i took Jake for a good run alongside the bike, He was hyper as always and raring to go!,
Down to Yellowcraig and through the dunes to join the JMW into NB town and onto the beach to return to Yellowcraig...
Along Broadsands, after finding a huge stick, Jake loves his sticks!
Up to the car park and a pit stop for water, then back running again...
Onto another stick now....
Back at the van and a happy dog!...
