Ian ran over 73 miles in 3 days and climbed over 32,000 fwwt - The equivalent height of climbing Everest...
Family and friends came to support and many ran along side Ian each day...
A great bunch of folk i met over the weekend...
Over £3248.50 inc Gift Aid has been raised for Prostate Cancer UK,
Ian`s dad passed on with cancer last year...
Was a great weekend spent on the hills, walking and cycling, giving support to Ian and his running friends, 3 summits on the bike yest, and the legs feel it today!
Saturday Evening and Base Camp height reached and past the height of Kilimanjaro...
Sunday; Summit Day...
Friends would sherpa Ian on his final 6 runs to the summit...
Ascent 29... on top of the world...
