Easy on a Sunday morning...

After the glorious weather on Friday the Saturday has been as fore casted a complete wash out!

Sunday dawned with mist and low visibility. I like cycling in this weather even though there are no views and the light is no good for pics. Went out for a couple of hours riding on the SURLY Pugsley around the local woods.
Nice and early and no one about...

I took the old Tachyon XC camera out today. It films in SD so picture quality is not as good as HD but  i still like it as it is real easy to use;  power on then easy to operate on/off with a loud beep so unlike the Go Pro you dont have to keep checking it to make sure your filming. With the 3M snap velcro still on it and my helmet you just push it on or pull it off to film. It uploads real quick and SD films publish and upload to youtube in minutes...
I also like the Halo effect it does in the sunshine. would not have that today!...

Despite the lower quality  i am going to start using this camera more often as it just takes so less time to edit (On Windows Movie Maker) and upload.
I am also cutting down time spent in front of the PC,  still doing the blog but moving away from posting all the same stuff again on the fatbike forums and facebook etc...

Keep things simple... -:)

Was a `Dreich` day as we say here in Scotland! -:)

Here is why i have a pair of Nates all year round on my Pugsley, the local woods are often wet, after Saturdays deluge it was a swamp in places, Pugsley just rolled through...

These woods will be ideal for my Grey Pugsley running single speed with the offset Krampus wheels soon, not as much grip with the 3" Knards in the muddy bits but is is going to be a light Pugsley and will be fun on the twisty trails!

Purple Pugsley will be staying as it is here, though i will have options to swap wheels etc...

Quick wee film, done on the wing...
