Sunday Big Sky Ride; Genesis Cdf
July continues to be a scorcher, some rain showers at night are a welcome for plants in the garden and fields of crops around East Lothian. Keeps the pollen and dust down too.
Sunday was a warm day with a big blue sky and fluffy clouds drifting by in the warm breeze. Nice to go out on the Genesis Cdf and ride country roads and easy nettle free trails...
Along the coast from Longniddry to North Berwick...
North Berwick was packed with day visitors...
Out to Tantallon, then loop around the Law...
Home for a refreshing cider...
Then got around to fitting the lightweight rear rack to the Genesis...
I still had the Salsa seat post rack collar i bought for the Fargo i had, so used it with the rack mounts i had...
Always handy to have a selection of stainless bolts, bought on eBay...
Temperature was cooking in the man-cave!...
Better now...
Rack on and rear road fender attached...
6pm and still warm as i rode to the shops...
Roads quiet, everyone prob lying up in their gardens relaxing in the heat, where i was going too...
More soon...
