After an overcast few days it was again nice to see the sun back!, a crispy morning commute with an air frost and no wind, yep! no wind!...
Up to work through the trees on dry roads...
And lovely views through gaps on the walls and trees...
Work was a day of day dreaming and soaking up the views...
Though by midday the cloud again rolled in...
But it was warmer, grass is growing!...
Home time and a detour home to collect the car, now repaired...
Bending the SKS mudguard stays out reduces them contacting the tyres on rough roads...
Like here around to Seacliff...
This empty cottage named on some maps as `Pefferside` also is known locally as `Dods Cave`...
Winter motocross track...
Onto Concrete...
And popped down to cliff top remains of St Baldreds Chapel...
I came here when i first built this bike up, it was a fixed gear bike then, you can read about it and how it came about here; Cross-Check Fixie build...
Real pleased with the bike now...
Not much to see of the remains of St Baldreds Chapel hidden under Ivy...
The Chapel had a nice view over Seacliff!... Info here on the Chapel; WIKI page
Moving on...
And i wonder how many pictures have been taken of these two famous East Lothian landmarks?...
Time to head by road to get the old Buzz Wagon back fixed from the Garage!, more soon...
You are an inspiration, an example of someone living a good life on their terms. Thanks for the heads-up.
