Saturday cycle; no sun but harvest cycling continues...

This week has seen the main harvest kick off  as the end of the week was dry and windy which seen combines out across the county into the late hours...

The daily cycle to work has been rewarding with some lovely sunrises despite the cool westerly winds later each day...

Saturday and an overcast morning with rain fore casted for the afternoon so i was out cycling early on an xc loop close to home in case the heavens opened, the rain would be late to arrive but i poured down Saturday evening!....

Up and around Pencraig hill and it was real muggy and sweaty. The fore casted rain would be a welcome refreshing clearing of the air this evening when it eventually arrived...

From East Linton i rode over Jeansfield and through Binning Woods to Tyninghame on more harvested fields and on to Seacliff...

Around NB Law then back home, All farms combines were out cutting...

Drew was out cutting with the big CLAAS,

Tonight the rain is bouncing down outside as i type this and the air is a lot cooler for it.
Forecast is better for tomorrow and looking forward to riding more harvested fields to the west of North Berwick..

Here is some film though a bit boring of this mornings ride,
Song is `Skyliner` by Boards of Canada...
