Isolation Cycle 63; WW2 Fairy Firefly Aircraft crash site..



Another WW2 aircraft crash site,
Fleet Air Arm (FAA) Fairy Firefly MB447 - 784 Squadron Drem, crashed on 7th August 1945 during a night flying Ground Control Interception (GCI) exercise, the plane hit Spartleton Law killing the crew- Sub Lt J. D. Marshall and Midshipman P.L. Steele.
