1000 miles now on the clock so time for another blog review, and YouTube film. The bike is running lovely now with everything bedded in, the engine improves with every 100 miles and feels longer legged now through the gears - which are butter smooth as everyone comments on with new Royal Enfields, the India Ceat tyres I was originaly unsure about as the India rubber on my Willys Jeep are a bit scary on wet roads, but they have been fine cornering on wet and dusty roads. the brakes are more than adequte for the bike, fuel consumption is amazing! I can only get 8.6 Litres in after the red light has come on and it usually has around 190 miles on the trip - so it is roughly 100 mpg.
What is most impressive is every thing works in tandem to the power and weight of the bike - the handling, brakes, comfort, a perfect commuter bike also ideal for around the country roads here ins East Lothian....
Anyway after 10,000 views in 8 days of the first film lets see if still an interest in this lovely little bike with the 2nd film...
Music has been toned down and commentary added...
More soon...
