Back working this week after only 10 weeks since my sucessful Cancer Op and feeling good!
And i started a new job, back in Greenkeeping again and really enjoying getting back on the tools and on the greens again. A prestigious course with great working conditions and staff with a real positive vibe, onwards and upwards!, and that also means back to an early finish on Fridays!,
Been a few years since i enjoyed a midday Friday finish and will make the most of it with a wee cycle when weather permits, and today despite light cloud and a high tide i made the most of the time with a fun cycle down at Tyninghame...
The place was near deserted of people so ideal for setting up the camera for some point to point filming as i made my way through Tyninghame woods to Peffersands...
The Go Pro HERO 4 Session camera i have is a few years old now but i am happy with it as works well in low light, see here how it picks up the colours and stills from the film footage saves any timers etc needing on a compact camera to be used...
The tide was nearing the dunes and coming in fast as i raced to get along the beach before the waves sealed getting along...
Made it to the big dunes and there was a big swell pushing big tumbling surf which roared above the noise of the SW wind...
Only down for an hour but enough time for some film and scratch the itch...
Back to the van and only 3pm!, home and get the stove on...
`Life is Good` one of my favourite sayings, and feel very happy this week...
