End of August, and an evening cycle...

Last day of August, like to say there were many days like today with blue skies and no rain but it has been two months of showers and the harvest is nearly all done  with so many fields not been baled and are lying with wheel ruts covered in chaff, not much fun to cycle through, esp with derailleur geared bikes, this afternoon was nice when i headed out a wee loop and it is starting to cool down now in the early evenings as we start to feel autumn on it`s way...

Up to Pencraig and good views today...

Was a real windy day, my local rides are always weather dictated so no slog home into a headwind,

Combine working ahead of a passing storm which hopefully would not reach  here until i was home!

Roadsides covered in blown straw and chaff...

Home and a Cider poured just as we caught the side of that big rain shower, hee here...

Here is a wee film, Song is `The sun Smell`s Too Loud` by Mogwai
