Lowtide morning cycle...

Another stunning morning and a 0.7 meter low tide meant a chance to get out away from the coast for different views inland this morning,

Loads of seaweed washed in from the under currents of the last few days as the first of the big seas push in as always happens in Autumn, more sand moved about as well, exposing rocks in places, and covering them in other areas...

Eyebroughty island standing proud out the sea so worth a ride out to...

Across the exposed sands into an increasing westerly wind, that would make for a n easy return to NB,,,

Freshwaterhaven, and far enough this morning with my chest the way it is...

Wee film cycling across the exposed sands, Song is `Skyliner` by Boards of Canada

Beachride; NB to Freshwaterhaven ; Sept 2019 from coastkid71 on Vimeo.

Still recovering from a horrid chesty cough lergy (Scottish for a cold!)  i took my time and enjoyed the tail wind while looking out for beach glass,

Will make a lamp from a bottle with LED fairy lights for M as got a lot of this now...

Still drift wood Norwegian Redwood planks in places here,

Scorpion was slippy as wet,

Keep saying how much sand has moved around on the coast here in the last 2 years, and it is more and more evident with Marram grass dunes growing in height and scoured areas exposing areas previously smooth sand...

Point Gary, refilled with sand again is now passable through the gap, once you get over the seaweed that came in on yesterday`s two high tides...

And back to NB...

More soon...
