Isolation Cycle 74; Dunbar to Torness point

Days are getting real hot!, so made sense today to do a coastal cycle close to home, staying safe not touching anything etc..

Despite a very low tide we left the plus wheels on the bikes and rode east along the John Muir Way towards Barnes Ness then took the middle track to avoid meeting a couple of distant walkers and to mix up the routes we try to do every day to keep things fresh...

Catcleugh, once home to Victor the Barnes Ness Countryside Ranger when we were kids, I remember visiting here with my Dad during summer days like today and seeing the wide expanse of rocks exposed here at low tides, such a different coastline to the sands of Aberlady Bay and Gullane where we grew up...

Tadpoles in the Dry Burn

Onto Tornoble-err I mean Torness...

 A roaster of a day!...
