Into July and it is the Edinburgh Trade Holidays...
Riding to work at 5.30am the roads are empty - instead of the 2 or 3 cars i see!, and evenings i am out cycling for 5pm and the trails and coast are always quiet at this time of day...
A typical mid week cycle along to the coast at Tyninghame on the SURLY Pugsley. 3 miles as the crow flies, 1/4 mile on public tarmac then all off road...
Big Sky evening...
Along the secret trail i found an old bottle poking out of the ground on the path...
`Dudgon` of Prestonpans. Another for the collection...
Along over the rocks exposed by the 5pm low tide...
This old WW2 Pill Box is just visable...
I shot some film with the Go Pro...
Song is `Isla de la Piedra` by Phontaine
