Visit to Seacliff

Today dawned real cold and frosty, but sunshine and being a day off work had to make the most of it so not travelling far I popped along to Seacliff on the Enfield 350 and enjoyed a deserted and devoid of people visit!,

Friend Phil cycled past and stopped for a catch up, then I was back with the place to myself...

Wee film from todays visit...

Cycle to Seacliff with friends...

ON ANY SUNDAY...
Folks out enjoying themselves....

And we were out a cycle with friends P and A before they headed home south next week, and we cycled down to Seacliff to sit and soak up the postcard views from the harbour of tantallon castle over a bite to eat and flasks of tea...

Always time to have a wee play...

This photo was of G being a Paramedic helping out with a horse rider thrown by some clowns out of control dog which bit the horse throwing the rider who had a Pelvis injury, poor woman will go through painful recovery because of an idiot not being in control of their dog...

I love dogs, but there are just too many nowadays and too many not in control by their owners, and it's starting to get a bit of a problem be it on woodland trails or on the coast...

Not saying anymore on the matter and will leave it there, we all wish the poor person a good recovery...

Cycle to Seacliff with friends...

The beach riders...

Back out a cycle with Phil and Anne up on holiday in the Shire for the week, and today we cycled across to Seacliff, meeting them at Binning Woods, Chris made the cycle also and was good for everyone to catch up again as it was pre Covid since we all cycled together,
It was a muggy day with light cloud, and riding down to the beach at Peffersands after sitting on the rocks at Seacliff harbour having lunch the heavens opened and we were all soaked in no time!, but being June it was not too cold...
