Continuing along the coast from Dunbar to Barnes Ness, and our Bikes set up on 100mm wide rims and 4.8" Schwalbe Jumbo Jim tyres - still the widest options available again proving to make light work of the loose rocks and gave great traction on the rock slabs. Both bikes were running 4 psi front, 5 psi rear tyre pressures and being set up Ghetto home made tubeless made for no pinch flats as we rode up and down some sharp edges through the cycle,

It has been fun rediscovering the coast around Dunbar since moving house, slowing down a bit instead of just passing through on the John Muir Way trail, be it to the west around Hohn Muir Park, or as today along the coast to the east of the town, this afternoon with an earlier finish at work and G off today we cycled along to Barnes Ness riding nearly the whole way below the golf course and enjoyed the challenging rocks, easier today being dry with the strong wind, but still a challenge in the windy gusts to keep you on your toes...
