More beachriding with friends... Pt1

Good to get out a long days ride on the coast, again with good company, today, Craig, Brian, Donald, Mark and Jason and there has been a lot of changes on the coast between North Berwick and Gullane Point, not the usual winter storms and swells that move sand and rocks, but man made from machines doing repairs to eroded areaa at North Berwick then seabuckthorn pulled out also by machines, and fire damage at Gullane point which has left a scarred charcoal ash landscape.

A midday high tide so we road a lot of singletrack above the high tide line...

Thia memorial cairn has already been nicknamed the `Dalek`!

Good to see some of the remaining drift wood planks put to good use with some creative benches created...

I had t take it easy across the rocks as still not 3 months from my Op and i would not have ridden here if the rocks had been wet...

Through Aberlady, my childhood village and to Gosford Bothy for lunch...

I was starving after a decent lenght cycle and got stuck in!...

Here is a film of the ride out,
Song is `Buckie High` by Boards of Canada

There are another 4 posts with films coming today as so much film and great to have loads to edit,

More soon...
