Isolation Cycle Pt 15; Relocating a disappearing WW2 Pill Box!...

Across the Tyne into Tyninghame today and we were off to relocate a WW2 Machine gun pill box we failed to find in the summer, I was at this years ago its been posted several times on the blog, probably last time I was in it was 4 or 5 years ago.  

Now the whole point is covered in invasive Sea Buckthorn so now with other vegetation died back we went back and G being a wizard with maps and GPS had it marked up and we were soon standing on the beach and she pointing where it should be we soon found it crawling under the Sea Buckthorn... 

Time to get the folding saw out and cut a track in to it...

Good its easily accessible for folk to go look at it and it should stay easily found now...

We rode on heading back to the woods and home across the Tyne...
