Film from this evenings short Jeep drive. Today 78 years ago 6th June 1944 Would see the start of Operation Overlord. Along with troops, tanks and artillery, thousands of Jeeps would be landed ashore and serve the Allies in the War effort. They would become recognised as a major factor in the Allied victory and soldiers would love their Jeeps, as owners do today, and drive them to remember those who served with them,
