A regular route i ride it was a first for Ben along here and he enjoyed seeing the old Mill and riding some new trails. There has been some wood washed out the Tyne when it has been in spate, loads of fire wood here!...
Along to John Muir Park and East Links Farm Emu's!...
Some bullet collecting at Bullet Hill and retro 1980`s graffiti before riding across Belhaven sands and on to Dunbar...
A pint at the Volunteer Arms before riding back and the Bridge to Nowhere - now living up to it's name now submerged both sides. The tide was coming in fast when we crossed and just made it as can be seen in the film below...
Home to CK HQ and coffee and bikes washed...

A Triple B Weekend Pt 1...
Friend Mike came up from Englandshire for the weekend for a weekend of BBB - Bikes, Booze, Banter...
Mike always turns up with a nice bike and this weekend brought his American Borealis Carbon Fatbike that is stupidly lightweight!. lighter than most full suspension MTB`s!,
We had a few Ciders and a glass of `Feijoa` Liqueur on Friday evening that Mike brought home from his recent trip to New Zealand...
Saturday morning and up early and some tinkering of bikes before a second breakfast and we rode to NB on the John Muir Way where we met up with Donald and headed along the coast...
No wind!, it was real calm and flat water which reflected the light despite the overcast sky....
Returning to NB we stopped of for a pint of Golden Ale at Archerfield Micro Brewery....
Back home on the JMW and a cracking day on the coast, with more of the same planned for Sunday,
Some film, song is `Troubled Son` by Working For A Nuclear Free City...
