Back to the day shift and another Saturday of sunshine on the east coast...
I headed down to North Berwick and a ride west along the coast to Gullane, a midday high tide not ideal but still loads of riding choices here on the multiple choice of routes above the high tide line...
Broadsands beach and quiet this now, will be mobbed with day visitors by midday...
West along to Gullane and sandy single track trails most of the way...
Freshwaterhaven beach deserted...
From Gullane sands i climbed up Gullane Hill and soaked up the views over the Forth Estuary...

Stopped at M`s for a cuppa before cycling home on the John Muir Way,
Can really smell the Garlic here in the woods descending from Dirleton on the more fun alternative trail to Yellowcraigs...
Along to NB and calm water enjoyed by visitors to NB today...
