Barnes Ness is a good loop for the daily daily exercise as wide tracks so safe away from anyone else
Today we cycled a loop along the coast to the lighthouse and on to Skateraw, then returned along the black top of the cycle route...
The return past the cement works kinda looks a bit Apocalyptic as you cycle along disused roads...
Back into Dunbar and G`s Strava map shows a loop that you will see what`s there in the end of the film...
