Lovely Autumn colours in Binning Woods and Tyninghame on Saturday,
An enjoyable easy 20 mile cycle with friends Craig and Mark,
We found an abandoned camp, a bit weird as books and clothes and stuff all left..
We had tea and cake at Tyninghame Cafe, and finished the day with a spot of Urbex around the old Hospital :)

Canny beat the autumn colours & that abandoned camp looks a bit sinister though with the survival & wild food books, someone trying to keep a low profile :-/ !
