M was up for a bike ride on Sunday so we went down to John Muir Park,
It would turn out a balmy warm day as we rode a loop around JMP at low tide,
Jake the Cocker Spaniel was hyper as usual and ran the whole time - always with a stick in his mouth, swapped several times for another!...
