Were a week and a half into the 21 Day Self Isolation here in the UK and with the coastal car parks now closed the coast is quieter now when out for once a day exercise as permitted by the UK Goverment...
Social Media as expected is full of folk on Town and village groups of folks going off their heads who obviously canny deal with being couped up at home and trying to self police telling folk they should not be outside etc. These folk are not listening to UK Goverment headlines, which along with one outside area exercise a day also behaving in a calm and sensible manner...
There are probably going to be more mental health problems than Corona Virus problems the way some are behaving. Some folk are off their trolly the way they are ranting on social media and behaving at shops not social distancing...
All you have to do is be safe and sensible, and wash your hands, and exercise outdoors as per guidelines. We are going a 1-2 hour cycle daily with a weekly shop - that is the scary bit being in contact with things in a busy public area.
I do wonder once all this passes how long will it be till the masses return to moaning about the NHS and appointment times, Ambulance turn out times, and treatment when in Hospital...
Because so many people are hypocrites now they now need the good folk of the NHS now we are in crisis-before they were in their hoards always slagging our NHS workers. As someone whose life was saved from Cancer a year ago i know the good work of many NHS workers who work under payed for over hours saving people here in the UK...
Facebook and the likes are of course full of posts trying to put a smile on it, some are funny..
We met via cycling and G`s interest in Fatbikes, and things just clicked, we have both been through the ups and downs of life with partners but both of us decidied to stay together through all this and adhere to Goverment guidelines,
So were out a cycle everyday and as you can see in the pics and short films of the last few days apart from other cyclists, runners, and a few fit walkers the coast is really quiet with the car parks closed now after the crazy scenes of 2 weeks ago...

And with all the hairdressers and Beauty treatment shops now shut a lot of folk will start to look a bit rough and grey, and with the home haircuts folks are going to start looking a bit feral!...
Plenty of time at home to do some Apocalypse reading...
And daily isolation cycling...
Bug out hut built on the beach, this must have kept a family busy for the day and tired the bairns out!,
But no doubt some twats on Facebook etc will be having a stroke a folk outdoors enjoying themselves!...
And there is some amount of wood on the coast - free heat if you cycle and own a trailer!
Good getting out every day a wee cycle...
