Stroll on the coast...
Neat!
Sorry Mowgli no dogs in cafe!
SS Mowgli... Abandoned scooter...
Big balls of steel...
Big Sky Day...
Mowgli view...
Stroll along some of the John Muir Way trail from Port Seaton to Prestonpans this morning with Francis and Mowgli. Not the usual coastal scenery of the blog-more concrete, sea smoothed bricks and a couple of big chimneys, but came home with a pocket full of smooth off glass fragments and had the best chips available in East Lothian at the harbour at Port Seaton,
All throughout Northumberland and Yorkshire i have had excellent chips when visiting the coast. Yet here in East Lothian we are served up white chips that are not crunchy and not hot as been lying in hot trays, Oven chips you can make at home taste better than most chips on sale in our seaside shops, i mean really, how easy is it to make good chips?, but tell me where else makes chips as good as these?, they were ace!...

Poor Mowgli at the window. If you want something different on a seaside stroll, there's still a Wimpy on Portobello prom!
