Pugsley beach bike update

The Black and Orange Pugsley is my main go to Beach bike these days and with this bike not using 29+ wheels it makes sense to fit the Fatbike mudguards made by `Big O manufacturing` in the USA, which were a kind gift from early days Scottish fatbiking friend Gary B,
There real light being plastic  with alloy stays and they may make your Fatbike look heavy but they add hardly any weight...

Removed the rear rack fitted on the Pugsley as no real need for it as my Green KramPug has one and takes care firewood harvesting with the fat BOB trailer and cordless chainsaw...

Two old tools that were my late dads that still work great-Mole grips, the original name of these tools and these are original made by the manufacturer in Birmingham, and a King Dick flat shifter, both ideal to tweak the mudguard stays to fit the Pugsley...

Need a hole drilled to aline the guard on the seat tube stay bracket...

The stay near the BB lined up so bolted it secure...

Other stay drilled as thread rusted up and soon bolted up...

All done and full coverage for the beach.

The other mudguards i needed for the old Mk 1 steel Charge Cooker that`s being pressed into service - See another blog post on it soon...

More soon...
